SepraMem™ 30/400
SepraMemTM 30/400 uses HTI’s proprietary SepraMemTM Ultrafiltration membrane configured in open channel 8” diameter by 40” long spiral elements. The base unit has three elements to process about 3,000 gallons per day. The SepraMemTM 3/40 Ultrafiltration system can accept an additional 6 elements, in two additional vessels on the standard skid to nominally process 9,000 gallons per day. The system is designed to accept a parallel system skid allowing up to five fold process capacity of 40,000 gallons per day. The concentrate is collected for disposal and permeate is discharged to POTW after carbon treatment.

element. As a single element unit it processes up to 1,000 gallons per day. The system is designed to
provide economical and efficient mid-size UF separation of oils from water.

SepraMem™ 2.5/5.0
uses HTI’s proprietary SepraMemTM Ultrafiltration membrane wound into compact 4” diameter by 24” long spiral elements.
A single element unit processes up to 250 gallons per day. A second element can be added to double the volume
capacity to 500 gallons per day. The system is designed to provide economical low cost separation of oils from water.
The compact footprint fits through a 36” door opening and can run on either 110 or 220 volts.
